Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if preferred.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at contact@purenaturefarms.com for cancellation requests.
